Depressions, trauma events, unfortunate life, and a life with no purpose are the reason that force people to choose suicide or hurt themselves in some way. When you are at your wit’s end , just take a break for a while.
We need to accept the fact that life will never stop teaching us a lesson. It is always a process of learning the life itself or any specific subject. I won’t deny the truth that sometimes life bites us so hardly that no positive quotes or vibes work out. I can completely understand going through suicidal thoughts is not easy. Suicide does not mean you are a weak person. All I want to say is “You have my empathy.” By being the part of the life’s rich pageant, you are already a winner.
Whenever someone suicides, people gossip and some grief over such terrible news. Very few cases reasons are known to people otherwise there are always judgements. Everyone draws their own conclusion and creates stories that spread as rumors. Most of the times, the real stories remain untold. It’s difficult for the people to see their loved one take up such a step. There are people who blame the ones who suicide. I believe we should stop blaming the ones who suicide. They have their own reasons. We don’t know every detail things about everyone. So, the best we can do is always be kind to each other. Instead of blaming ,let’s see to it what we can do to show our care towards everyone so that no one has to ever think of suicide word. Whenever you see anyone sharing sad posts on social media then don’t ignore them or think of them as a boring person. Ofcourse, you don’t need to take everyone’s responsibility, but the least you can do is at least check on those people personally by message. Maybe you will save someone’s life or you can cheer up someone for the moment.
All of us need to look out for signs. Social media is one of the platform that had made people to post their feelings. Some may even leave the hidden meanings of how depressed they are. Off the social media, even outside or office or in your home, please observe emotions and show care towards each other. Make a habit of appreciating even smallest things someone does for you or shares something. Many feels sad for not receiving appreciation. No one should ever feel left out anywhere.
Some of us are fighting our life battles alone. Sometimes it is overwhelming. We can avoid sharing it with others, but keeping it inside our mind for a longer time will not have good outcomes. Whenever you are at the doom side of your life, find someone trustworthy to hear your worries. Don’t fight alone. If ever you think that you don’t have anyone to share with, then yes, please use helplines available in your country. If you are financially stable, then make a visit to psychiatrist or psychologist to help you out.
Remember, you guys are strong and maybe most of you hold the life journeys that no one knows about. No one can walk on your path as bravely as you did. I know there is this void feeling and no room for happiness. Living with such thoughts is difficult to get over with each day and night. This can lasts for days, months or years. Many of you may chase for happiness, but may not find it easily. Never feel disappointed for not getting appreciated. You need to work for your own satisfication. Look at this wide world, there is so much to do here. One opportunity ends, then other one begins. If we don’t have anyone to love us, then we can give love to someone else. There are so many organisations of children and old age, who needs love more than money. There are so many who are in need of help. We can provide help to them. If we don’t have human being to love, then we can find love in any other form of art,sports, or music,etc. No one is useless. Each one of us are important and we are useful for showing kindness.
Most importantly, don’t search for love. Love yourself. Be proud of yourself. Focus on self care. Spread love to others. Don’t expect anything from others always. Find ways to cherish your mind to have peaceful thoughts. Sometimes or all the time journey is difficult, every time you hold a new badge of survival. If we could come so far with our super powers then let’s not end it in a bitter way.
Let’s endure the challenging paths for us.
