We often hear news about women being molested, raped or sexually abused. It is something we as a person, have got used to. We may feel bad about it for a few mins but we tend to move on with our routine life and forget about it. But what happens when a close friend, a relative or your siblings go through it. Are we really prepared to handle such a situation? Do we really know how to react to someone who confides in us something horrible that they have gone through? Honestly, most of us don’t know. It takes courage and a lot of thought for the victim to open up to someone first. How that person(or we) react to the victim is hence very important. When a female gets physically abused or molested and therefore, is mentally disturbed, she needs someone to listen to her. We often notice on a daily routine life, women go through lots of issues relating to physical abuses. It can be while traveling or at an office place or at a college or any random place and sometimes at home. But such cases are usually ignored and women happen to move on without sharing it with anyone with the fear of being blamed. For instance, a woman at the office is physically abused by her close colleague and she may not have any proof to tell others. A colleague might be a good friend or trusted person so the victim will already be in another thought of being betrayed. She may look out for someone to listen to her incidence and understand her. At this scenario, the victim is already in a mental stress and needs someone to be there for her. Unfortunately, in such cases, even logical people will blame the victim by telling her it is her mistake of being so close friends’ with a colleague.Basically, people often compare such scenes with rape and don’t take it as seriously as raped ones.Remember no victim forces herself for something bad to happen. These incidences have a very negative impact on the victims. Women are also blamed for being over friendly, not dressing appropriately and what not.

The do’s and don’ts  to be followed to help or support the victim:

  • The foremost important thing is- do not blame the victim in any circumstances.
  • Listen to the whole story patiently. (Listen only when the person is ready to share it.) Do not force an individual to describe everything at once. Give them time.
  • Do not comment on her provocative attire.
  • Help her follow up any physical or mental checkup needs.
  • Keep telling victim you are there with her and she should not be scared of anyone.
  • Try to find out the attacker and lodge a complaint.
  • Make sure you help her out to get justice. If ever she decides to give up the process of law, motivate her to continue the process to win the case. If she does not want to proceed further, don’t force her.
  • Whether or not the victim  gets the justice, give her mental therapy every day until she manages to live by herself.
  • Do not gossip about the incidence to others unless the victim is comfortable with it.
  • Furthermore, if you see the victim has moved on, then do not remind them of the past life again and again. As no one forgets the past life, but it is more depressing when the topic is been brought up often leading to get hurt .
  • Some women may make life changes due to the incidence, support her.
  • If the victim is comfortable, help her by setting up or join a support group for her to recover.

It’s a good thing to approach helplines for mental help. The reason should not necessarily be for mental disorders or illness. Once in a while, we look out for emotional support. It may not be comfortable for us to share our matters with our family or friends. Sometimes sharing it with a stranger feels much better in terms of relaxing. This is where people search for online help. Consequently, online mental help is not just for medical terms of disorders. Online mental help provides assistance to all the people in need of hearing their stories or problems. This kind of helpline is available for temporary mental illness and permanent mental disorders. Many times, this is helpful for people who feel lonely. This is also a place wherein bored people find a room in to have a conversation with a random person. When we cannot receive emotional and mental help from our own people, we seek for new people. But, we cannot rely on this online platform blindly. Open your eyes and take the precautions before you open up your feelings to someone. Let’s figure out what seven things we need to avoid in online mental help.

1] Say No To Selfies

Don’t upload selfies in groups. Most mental health-related social media groups are filled with selfies. Many people share their story and ask for other people to do the same. Several members upload their selfies with the tag ”Selfie day” or “Birthday” and request people to share their selfies in the groups or comments. Not everyone in the group has a mental illness. Some are bamboozlers. They are misusing your information. Additionally, group hacking is not a new thing now. Any hackers who have access to the group can have access to your profile. Yes, it is better when you have a group of people going through the same illness but you need to be mindful while sharing your information.

2] Online Chats

Anyone can approach you in the name of help through online messages. Do not give away information without knowing the person in real. Don’t get easily emotionally attached to the person.

3] Online Helpline Chats

Apart from social media, there are sites which provide online mental help. Anyone can join to receive and give help. Bitterly, most helpers are perverts. 9 out of 10 people are perverts. So, don’t get carried away. Whenever you need online help, opt for a psychiatrist or psychologist. Before requesting for help to them, do a thorough check up on their background because some people fake their identity as a psychiatrist/psychologist/counselors on online profile data.

 

4] Low Motive Groups

When you are diagnosed with mental disorder, it is advisable to stay around healthy mind people. If you have more conversations with the same disorder people, it will be difficult for you to overcome your issues. Sometimes your disorders are curable and have fewer symptoms compared to others. But, if you keep re-reading more about other symptoms related to the same disorder, you will come across varied symptoms faced by others. Ultimately, most people develop symptoms by reading the same things daily. It is a trigger to mind and hence, the mind begins to think in the same manner. Yes, it cannot be a high-level influence but it can affect you in many ways.

For e.g.:  Someone is in a paralyzed state and bedridden for years. You will be reading it often; it won’t affect you. On the contrary, someone repeatedly posts about how weak they feel, how much they want to be treated like a disabled person, how slowly they are giving up a normal life and how healthy life is not for us. There are people who are waiting to get classified into a disability section. Such people’s daily stories will have an easy influence on your mind. Your mind is what you feed. So, it is always advisable to direct yourself towards improvement and positive people instead of people who will pull your motive strings down.

5] Say No To Random Medications

Yes, it is possible that it is difficult to find mental help in your city. When anyone suggests medicines to you through online mental help, avoid taking it. Doctors give medicines based on your weight, other physical checkup and after few meetings of mental counseling. Most medicines have side effects. Hence, be careful before taking it without right checkups. People post in social media groups and pages asking for medicines that worked for others. Any random member comment medicine names. Don’t just buy the ones which cured others. You don’t know whether the person has really taken it or not. Possibly, the person is advertising medicines. Moreover, you need to keep in mind your body structure and symptoms are different from others. Thus, what worked for others will not work for you until and unless it is guaranteed by doctors.

6] Self-diagnose

Doing proper deep research about any illness and self-diagnosing is alright. But don’t announce that you have it to anyone until the doctor confirms it. Don’t just go to the doctor and tell them that you have a disorder. Share your symptoms. Let the doctor diagnose and draw the conclusions. Majority of doctors don’t like to hear self-diagnosed illness but they are ready to know all of your symptoms. In case, you directly tell the name of your self-diagnosed illness, some doctors will think that your symptoms are also made up. Therefore, don’t give them the wrong impression of your health.
For e.g.:  A person can’t directly go to the doctor and say, ‘I have a bipolar disorder’ thereby, ask for meds. This won’t work out. As in this case, bipolar symptoms conflict with other disorders too. Again, every disorder has a certain level of symptoms and behavior. So, jumping into the conclusion all by yourself is an utterly bad idea.

7] Loneliness Help

None of the social media groups of mental illness people will help you in the right form. Unfortunately, not all social media posts can be monitored. Numerous groups have suicide posts. This is a trigger and unhealthy signal to everyone. To get rid of loneliness, you need to meet people in real life. Communication in real communities is much more important and positively influential than in online groups. Involving yourself in a different skillful activity will keep you away from loneliness. Don’t think that you are struggling alone and no one can understand you. The online group is not the only place where you find the same people with support for you. Whether or not you find the actual help in your city or town, you need to find ways to keep your mind with positive vibes.

 

All perverts and non-experts ask for your personal details. Some may try to show that they have an interest in you. Furthermore, many perverts join such groups and forums for sexual satisfaction. Be it physical health or mental health take precautions while asking for online help. Many organizations are ready to give the right help. But, some organizations don’t have real experts helpline. There are good counselors but some are pretenders. Your health is in your hands. Always take time to find the right help. Communicate only with positive and safe people in the group.

Olden times, depression was not common to hear. Possibly, people had it but were not aware of the term for it. Since, the internet is accessible to almost all parts of the world now, spreading awareness about depression has become easier. We can notice that campaigns are hosting mental health awareness programs. Depression is a disorder but people are now using the same term for representing sadness. Be it an excess of sadness or depression, there are things that can be helpful to both the things.

During depression, an individual will not have any interest in doing anything. Some people lose their hope in living a normal life. They do not like social interactions.Some of them may stop caring about the ones they love.  Extrovert / ambivert /introvert all of them can feel depression. An individual may show the habit of procrastinating work. The remedy is to reverse these things.

Memories are sometimes hard to deal with. We keep having same old memories passing through our mind often. Remembering good times will keep the mind healthy. But, constantly bad memories pop ups in mind will make things difficult for the person. It affects routine life. It does not let the person to move on to the next phase of life.

Yes, in our life, we meet people that hurt us unexpectedly. We get hurt by our family and friends behavior. We meet strangers who may bring up a fight in the middle of public. We dwell in the thoughts of why someone left us with no reason. We come across the rumors about our character. We face its consequences. We see our people leaving us by believing rumors. When someone leaves us with misunderstandings and do not even bother to discuss the matter, we feel broken. These betrayals and heart-wrenching thoughts run through our minds consistently. We seek for the answers wondering why these things are happening to us.

Often after the small or huge argument, relations end but it’s not always the same. It does not end completely in some cases. There is usually one person waiting at the other side for starting to talk again. There are times, when both sides wait until someone makes a move. When both expect the other person to take a step, ultimately they move on with the life without trying out.

Build the relationship strong enough that no third person shall be able to break it up. The good practice is to discuss matters. Do not walk away without giving a reason. Do not leave someone by hearing rumors from others. Do not assume anyone’s behavior. Try to understand things from different perceptions. Whenever necessary, apologize. It is always better to end the chapters completely. Incomplete chapters of life has the chances of troubling your mind.

We often see there are couples who move on easily. Break up then hook up with someone else immediately and it goes on. Everyone has their own emotion status management.Running away from emotions does not solve issues. It is advisable , sometimes give time to yourself for  understanding what do you exactly want or what are you looking for?

Most of the depressed people have mood swings. They can feel like crying anytime. They can easily get angry. They have the tendency to feel sad without any reason. Whilst some go through the life events that change them into a depressed person.

We shall not ignore depression. We have to put our 100% effort in changing ourselves. The counselors/therapists will try their best to heal us. Taking initiative at the earliest to fight against depression shows the quick results.

We need to analyze the reason for our emotions. We need to look out for the things that can fix it up.The first step to heal from any mental health illness is self-realization. It’s a wake-up call to begin the process of leaving the depression phase. In the beginning steps, you realize what things you had been missing out in your life. The best thing to do is stop the clock of past events. Whatever happened in the past, keep it as past chapters of life. Do not carry it in the present or the future.  The second step is to overcome depression or any sadness is to keep yourself active. Involve yourself in any work or hobbies. Find time to meet your loved ones. Join some social groups or events. Eat healthy food on regular intervals. Drink healthy beverages. We suggest these things to everyone, because these are helpful in building the healthy thoughts in mind.

Easy to say, difficult to do. When the past things are themselves the reasons affecting the present and the future, don’t think about it as the end of good things. Always have in mind, the world is big. We have millions of opportunities to change our life in whichever way possible. Sometimes fate cannot be with us. But, we need to keep going on for what we want.

We cannot replace loss of our loved ones. But, we have to continue living a normal life. Everyone is here in this world for a reason. We all are playing our roles. There is a saying, ”Some of life’s best lessons are learned at the worst times.”

We need to feel every emotion. Experience it , let it sink in us. Let it get out of us as the time passes. We have to move on by completing all the phases of emotions to keep our mind crystal clear.

 

Life will knock you up multiple times in different forms. You will experience the unexpected things. But ,remember one thing you have to get up ,wake up again and begin the best. Everyone is going through something in their life. We need to remind others, how important and valuable they are !

One of the best thing in life is the emotion we feel in our heart.

Nothing new in talking about addiction to drinks. We keep talking, reading, and listening to how to overcome the addiction. How do people get addicted to this habit? Do they have a choice to discontinue? What is the Cycle Of Alcoholism?

Any type of Addiction is a habit developed by anyone and anytime. A person having no problems in life can also be seen habituated towards alcoholism. Drinking is part of the celebration and also depression.

We watch love stories movies that show a character gets addicted to alcohol because of heartbreak. One need not have any tragic life stories reason to develop this habit. The common reason can be the way an individual was brought up by the family and friends. The way a person easily gets influenced by the circle of friends/colleagues who drink. People who get influenced by watching movies/series wherein the character/actor drinks to show the high-class attitude or drinks during the crisis period.

If a regular drinker gets affected by depression, then the person eventually starts depending on alcohol. It is common for regular drinkers to use alcohol, in order to, take out the frustration and anger. We hang around with friends and share our stories. We take drinks to overcome our sadness. Yes, drink can cheer you up for the moment. Some of you may go through the drink effects after hours. Once the hangover vanishes, things can come back to routine. Drinking occasionally without being mentally affected or emotionally affected reasons is all right. When you drink every day for a week then stop it, thereby, your self-realization does not make it as a norm. It means you know how to manage things. But, you have to be careful enough to not have an excess during the rough times of life. For this reason, it is advisable to drink once, drink twice but don’t drink third time. Because this will hit your emotions. There is a possibility that you will burst your emotions into tears. You will feel helpless. Sometimes it can strike your anger. You will have no control over your anger. In the absence of anger control, you may harm your loved ones or strangers. You will end up throwing up stuff around you, here and there. Breaking pieces of stuff or hitting others will not solve your issues. It causes you to pay the bills to repair your non-living things. This unmanageable behavior/reaction will take you away from your loved ones which cannot be fixed with money. You may not know what words you use against your loved ones. You will not realize how much you may beat/hurt your family or friends. Sometimes, your unethical behavior can affect strangers too and it may land you up in jail. In the absence of mind, you create damages leading to an imbalanced life.

In order to balance our life, we need to avoid drinking more than twice in a week. Once a person gets addicted, he/she will spend all the money on purchasing drinks. When their mind is completely addicted to it, they will lose the focus on work. There are cases, wherein people have lost their jobs because of this practice. Whether they lose the job or not, they develop a tendency to borrow money from others. All that money is spent into getting drinks for their satisfaction. Even the strongest person will become weak. There is a fear of not falling short of supply of drinks. There is a big smile: once the filled bottle is in hand, and there is the saddest face: once all the bottles are over. The addiction does not stop on drinks. Slowly one develops smoking and taking drugs. Altogether, once a normal person, later can also get shattered. The mind will not have a good quality of thinking ability. Such people do not like anyone restricting their habit. They will start hating the ones who do not support their addiction. Since they do not have a healthy mind, they will not realize the care provided by others. They will have zero realization about the effects of their behavior on others.

 

Hey drinker:  Maybe once you were a good person. But, you may not be perceived in the same way. Because this habit changes the person into a liar. You will keep finding reasons to drink. You will start lying to your beloved ones to borrow the money. You will not enjoy with non-alcoholic friends. In a prolonged time, it will affect health. In case, you have a good habit of balancing your health with other diets, your chances of suffering from health issues can be lower than others. But, effects on mind will remain the same. Meditating every day and drinking every day will not go hand in hand. Meditation is helpful in relaxing hormones and stable the mind with positive thoughts. But, if you consistently drink every day then you cannot expect any benefits from meditation.

The human body is like a plant. If you water the plants and keep it in the relative weather, it will grow in a nice formation. If you add harmful chemicals to the plants along with the water daily, it will die sooner. In a similar manner, we can add a good diet to our diet but adding alcohol to it will harm our mind first and then physical health. We cannot save plants. But, we can save ourselves as early as possible. We can detoxify our body and rejuvenate with a good lifestyle by saying goodbye to alcoholism. At most, we can learn to restrict the number of glasses per week.

Saying is easier than doing it. It is not at all possible to drop the addiction in one go for everyone. Few folks can drop this habit by taking breaks on and off. This is why, we have addiction-free centers. The addiction free helplines provide different methods to get rid of harmful habits. When your family and friends are asking you to take the treatment, then please go for it. Do not sit there and argue with them. They care for you. They want to see you in a better form.

Health and Weather also play roles.
We can drink it in winter to warm our body. Drinking in high-temperature summer locations will not be good for everyone. The health issues along with the weather will not be capable of absorbing the effects of alcoholism. Hence, we can take the precaution by checking the weather conditions and our health stability.

People who think drinking, smoking and taking drugs will solve the problems are clear- cut fools. It releases the hormones which will make you feel good for a few minutes or hour. If you consider it as a solution to relax you every day, it will show adverse effects. Remember, anything in excess is never good.

Make the right choice!

Make the right choice! In the 21st century,  depression is not a rare thing. Not every patient is choosing alcohol to overcome their depression. They are changing their lifestyle and following counseling therapy.  Do not make wrong choices that will miss out the best things of your life.

Suggestion:


Next time you buy bottles, buy paint bottles. You may not know how to paint so just splash the colors on the white paper. You may start developing painting skills. You may start expressing your emotions through painting. Painting is an art that will give you advantages which is better than the loss given by alcohol. Involve yourself in the hobbies or activities to calm down your anger. Keep yourself busy and healthy to stay away from addiction.

My angel,


I will not sit with you and give you a lecture. I am sure you may not hear half of my words. You will avoid my discussion about smoking. I am not complaining to you to stop smoking. I will never ask you to do that. It is your life, your rules.Do whatever you want! Live the way you love to be.
People say smoking is injurious to health. I don’t believe it. Because smoking is just one thing. There are lots of other reasons to count on which affects health. It is believed that smokers die early. I don’t believe that either. As I have seen non-smokers die early too. We often watch some smoking scenes in movies/series, wherein the character who smokes has actually got some strong attitude. We also see small blur statement in the corners, “Cigarette smoking is injurious to health”. Who cares about that statement right? Look at the attitude in the scene; we are already inspired by the scene that smoking gives the appearance of some kick-ass attitude. We even notice some writers saying what keeps them awake is coffee and a pack of cigarettes which refreshes their mind to come up with stories to be written on.

I met a girl today. She is 15 and already smoking a pack per day. She told me that she is looking forward to having a singing career. Anyone of us could predict she may not achieve her dream. Because smoking affects voice quality. It gives you a nasty voice. Someone told her that few singers do smoke. But that someone agreed to our discussion that people use machines to give good quality for the recorded voice. You know you can be popular with machine quality voice, but recording a natural voice song is much blessing. They say it is difficult to give birth to a child when a couple or one of them smokes a lot. I don’t believe it completely. Although most couples go through the same situation, I have seen some people have well-born children.

 


Honey, you are in your late teens and underdeveloped society or some friends around you may call you as a bad girl. Every time you smoke, all of them might give you a hatred look. You may have friends to hang out and all of you are probably enjoying having weeds together. It’s all fun until you cross the limit. I am not stopping you from smoking my sweetheart. There is something more to smoking and drinking.


Death is not the scariest thing. The worst thing is to lose your mind and self -respect. Smoking leads to losing a good memory and patience at the earliest for many people. It plays with your emotions. It is possible for some smart people to lose their common sense too.  They may talk a lot about the things that do not make sense. They lose interest in jobs or life and are always under stress. They can not find happiness apart from drinks & puff. You may think that you love your boyfriend a lot today and you will not love a pack of cigars more than him. I can bet you, dear, that yes, smoking is an addiction. Once you get trapped in addiction, no love is greater than smoking for the majority of smokers. You will start looking for money every time to buy more packs and drinks. Travelling is the most fun for lots of people out there. But for smokers, they will be happy; if you just give them a pack. But they will not be happy if kept away from smoking. The mind gets used to it. It never gives you peace of mind. And one fine day you are lost, totally lost and no one can help you out. I wrote this earlier, ‘It plays with your emotions.’. It will affect your temper badly. You do see warning everywhere and some pictures of how physically it affects the body. When your friends grow up and you all get separated ,you may not find the same kind of people again. If you ever get affected physically then do not feel shy to go in public or suffer the physical pain because despite warnings  you have chosen to live like this. When you cross the limit of smoking  ,stress and anger will be your only 2 best friends forever. Smokers and non smokers can have same type of diseases. But,prolong smoking can change the person’s mental peace in the long term. I don’t want to put you in a cage and impose my principles to  you.You are set free to choose a better life or astray.  Rest I will be always there for you but I can not assure of your mind status.Society might call me as a bad parent for not restricting you from smoking. The choice is all yours 🙂 to live a better life or not .

Note: This is a fiction letter written on the basis of the people who lost their good life, smartness, and people because of a smoking habit. Smoking is not good for all the genders. The polluted air of smoking affects children, old age people and low immune people at a fast pace. If you don’t want to save your life, please save other innocents 🙂 Here, the letter was specifically written for the daughter.

When you don’t have any reason to live,
don’t use the same reason for death.”

Depressions, trauma events, unfortunate life, and a life with no purpose are the reason that force people to choose suicide or hurt themselves in some way. When you are at your wit’s end , just take a break for a while.

We need to accept the fact that life will never stop teaching us a lesson. It is always a process of learning the life itself or any specific subject. I won’t deny the truth that sometimes life bites us so hardly that no positive quotes or vibes work out. I am not going to write in this post, what are the things you can do to overcome depression. I  have already written about this in other articles on the same site. I can completely understand going through suicidal thoughts is not easy. It does not mean you are a weak person. All I want to say is “You have my empathy.”  By being the part of the life’s rich pageant, you are already a winner.


Remember, you guys are strong and maybe most of you hold the life journeys that no one knows about. No one can walk on your path as bravely as you did. I know there is this void feeling and no room for happiness. Many of you may chase for happiness but may not find it easily. If we could come so far with our super powers then let’s not end it in a bitter way.

Let’s endure the challenging paths for us.

I have helped many people going through suicidal thought and attempt , which has made me write this short post.

Bullying has taken away many lives and the ones who survive live with it’s memories daily. Whether bullying happens in childhood or adulthood, it’s hard to wash away such memories.


A person can move on and live a normal life but the past images & bullied words keep popping in mind at any time. The subconscious stores this unwanted memory affecting the person’s mental health. It is not easy to live with this trauma. We have mental health centers which will help us to wipe off these unwanted memories. We can notice an awareness program are being set up in many countries. Even though we have help centers, life does not get easy for everyone. We need to Stop Bullying as a first step to end this cruelty. 

Whether it is for a child, adult, or animals, bullying should be prohibited everywhere and for everyone in the world. Bullying is not only experienced by the weaker ones, even stronger ones face it. Imperfection does not invite bullies to one. It does not matter how Good Or Strong Or Perfect You Are, there is someone jealous at you which makes them bring you down.


Some of the research studies result depicts,  people who bully others are actually going through or seeing bad things at home or other surrounding places. The truth is whatever the reason might be, people need to observe such bulliers/bullies and teach them the right lessons on the right time. We can teach them lessons in a polite manner. We need to be politer at first conversation, because these bulliers/bullies have the behavior of going against you. 

According to psychology, the one who bullies is already exposed to these type of acts. They learn these things from the family or other group of friends. Sometimes the bad attitude can change them into this evil personality. For this reason, parents and care-takers need to track the attitude of children. Parents should avoid fighting in front of kids. A dominating parent will have wrong impressions on the kid’s mental development. The victim and the bullier/bullies both require mental health assistance. 

Basically, there are four categories of Bullying :

This involves making fun of a person name or calling the person with different disrespect words. Threatening, nasty or hurtful comments, racial slurs and rude remarks passed on the person. To other people, Verbal bullying may sound easy to forget by the victim but it is not. It impacts on victim’s life. An individual begins believing that he/she is worthless. They lose the self-confidence which affects their student and career life. Some sensitive students will live in the fear throughout life. There is a probability to develop anxiety at an early age. 

  • Social Bullying

Spreading rumors or gossiping are one of the worse things that happen at student life. This can happen with anyone at any age in any surrounding. The behavior of leaving a person out during the group fun time or ignoring often can affect person’s emotions. When the person’s reputation is diminished, it is difficult to come out of home everyday. There is a fear that everyone will continue to look at an individual in a negative response. It is possible for this person to lose friends , when the friends believe the rumors. The person can feel badly betrayed, when he/she finds out that friends are involved in gossiping about him/her. Usually, most of the teenagers and college students fall under this category. It can harm the emotional balance of the victim in a way that some victims choose to suicide.

  • Physical Bullying

Slapping, Punching, Hitting, Kicking, Pulling hairs and hurting brutally. Such actions can have scars and injuries. Facing injuries and unwanted physical hurt frequently, changes the person. He/She will be scared to go back to the place. They will be living in the physical pain. The fear and the pain, together affects the mental health. While many in this category plan to give up on their life, there are some who may not give up on life. Survivors will not give up on life but will live with the traumas memories every day. 

 

  • Cyber Bullying

When an individual receives nasty messages and disgusting emails, he/she is disturbed. When they notice their photos are being misused and edited in an inappropriate manner, they lose self esteem. When the private messages are made public by someone else, they lose self respect. Overall, when the person gets bullies through Internet networks, he/she will hate him/herself. In today’s era, when the whole world is dependent on social network site, any kind of inappropriate misuse can affect the person’s emotional status for years or forever. 

Victims can go through one or more types of above-mentioned bullies. It is the duty of parents, teachers, and people around the kids to observe if they are suffering from mental stress. Parents should try to have conversation with kids frequently to know if their child is facing any kind of bullying act. Most kids don’t want to hurt their parents with their problems. Hiding it, can lead to different issues. Families and friends of adults should also look after the adult victim.  On the other hand, it is the duty of everyone not to fight or abuse in front of kids as this is how kids learn to harm other kids and they grow up with these qualities.

Poetry Time!

The world is so naive to me.
All I want is just someone to listen to me at least once..
All I need is just someone to understand me..
To tell the story of my labyrinth life.
Not everyone’s life is normal.
Not everyone’s life is tangled once in a while..
The immobile dinghy neither sink nor row.

For some, it’s never ending convoluted path,
there is no light until the end.
It’s flannel for feeble.
Braves live in the dark so,
no one never know the mettle story …

Is it so hard to give a hug?
Is it so hard to show some care?
Past was besmirched to scotch the future.
Infuriation is hushed.
The strings are affable for such a short span,
everything gets detached in no ample time..

Telepathy beams travel around the world except for some lost co-ordinates.
Every night it’s a perfect window view..
The moon & venus put me to sleep..
But, the morning starves for adrenaline,
as I am shriveled by the sun…
